  • THERE IS NO PLACE FOR BREAKFAST.
  • HAVING LUNCH IN MORNING AFTER SUNRISE IS VERY IMPORTANT.( YOU CAN HAVE LUNCH BEFORE TWO AND HALF HOURS AFTER SUNRISE.
  • ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE RULE OF NO WATER DURING LUNCH AND DINNER.
  • ALWAYS BALANCE YOUR STOMACH pH LEVEL NEVER LET IT GO HIGHER AS IT CAN LEAD TO ACIDITY IN YOUR BODY WHICH CREATES ABOUT 75 DISEASE IN OUR BODY.
